Three Multi York sofas comfortably accommodate 10 people

Open fireplace with fire guard with starter pack of coal and kindling provided (September-April). Please note that the fire is not suitable for burning logs.

55” 3D Curved 4K TV with sound bar, Blu-Ray DVD player, full Sky Sports, Netflix, Discovery+ provided.

Music system with sub-woofer.

Snug

The Snug is on the ground floor opposite the sitting room.  It has a fireplace, double sofa bed which can be made up for guests if they require more space for a small additional charge, a 40” inch TV WITH Blu-ray, games consoles and a full size Yamaha electric keyboard with stand.
