Payment schedule for direct bookings

Rental payments are made at the following dates:
• An initial deposit of one third of the total rental to secure the booking.
• The remaining two-thirds of the total rental, six weeks before booking.
In addition, a refundable housekeeping bond is required six weeks before booking. This will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming there is no damage.
